		<description>This is a succinct example of leadership at work. I have worked with some of these NASA crews within the NOLS context. I&#039;d highlight that this model is so effective because it doesn’t deny hierarchical roles but helps individuals work within a hierarchy more effectively. It also emphasizes the fact that leadership – even in highly structured situations found in space – is about relationship as much as it is about mission.</description>
