Doug is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of building and scaling go-to-market engines across SaaS, semiconductors, Adtech/Martech, and connected hardware platforms. Most recently, he served as CEO of Ossia, a wireless power technology company. In that role, he led global commercialization efforts, secured major enterprise partnerships, and expanded operations across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Over the course of his career, Doug has held a wide range of leadership and functional roles including CEO, CRO, President, COO, Board Member, and VP of Sales, as well as earlier roles in product and sales engineering. This breadth of experience gives him a comprehensive perspective on accelerating growth and operationalizing go-to-market strategies, with a strong emphasis on revenue generation.

A builder at heart, Doug has extensive experience aligning sales, marketing, product, and operations to drive revenue growth and scale innovation from lab to market. He has been part of multiple successful company journeys, including nine that resulted in acquisition or IPO, and has built high-performing teams in competitive industries.
